If you’re a homeowner in Allen, Lucas, or McKinney and you have $100,000 to $250,000 to spare for renovation costs, here’s some good news:

HGTV’s No Demo Reno with designer Jenn Todryk, who makes central Collin County her home base, will be back for a 12-episode third season next summer.

HGTV is interested if you live in those cities and, of course, have the cash.

Todryk is known as the “Rambling Redhead” to her 1.2 million followers on Instagram Her blog led her to a passion for home renovation, which led to her own show on HGTV.

She takes on three- or four-room projects and finds ways to make the rooms more livable without knocking down walls.

“Watching the energy and positivity that Jenn brings to all aspects of her life in No Demo Reno is like a breath of fresh air,” said Betsy Ayala, senior vice president of programming and development for HGTV.

A strong case was made for a third season. The second season attracted more than 18.4 million viewers, which made it a top three non-news/sports cable program among women ages 25 to 54 and upscale women 25 to 54 during its run, according to Nielsen and the network.

Todryk grew up in Burleson and studied fashion merchandising at Tarleton State University. She started a blog about her life and her home DYI projects, which led to her HGTV pilot.

Jenn’s husband, Mike, owns the Armor Coffee Co. on Stacey Road in Allen.

In September, the Todryks launched a weekly podcast called You, Me & Mike. They discuss how they met, their relationship, family, and entrepreneurship.

Previous seasons are available to stream on Discovery+.

“Her passion is palpable, and her unique design vision gives our home-obsessed audience new and different ways to approach renovation,” Ayala said. “More great ideas are in store for millions of her fans with this large episode order.”
