Refunds will not be issued for indexing issues. The indexing of any page is strictly determined by search engine algorithms (such as Google, Bing, etc.). Since DALTX Real Estate has no control over these third-party platforms, the failure of a link or article to appear in search results does not qualify for a refund.

3. Content Modifications & AI Policy

Clients may request to update or replace the content of a published article. However, this is subject to the following condition:

  • Replacement content must be 100% human-written.
  • We do not accept AI-generated content. If we detect that the provided replacement was generated by AI, we reserve the right to reject the update.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is verified, we will notify you via email regarding the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within standard business processing times.
