Certain neighborhoods tend to pop up frequently for Daltxrealestate’s Thursday Three Hundred round-up: northeast Dallas, Lake Highlands, and Richardson. But since I took the reins of this weekly feature a few months ago, I’d forgotten just how special the mid-century homes were in the popular Richardson Heights neighborhood near Arapaho and Floyd Road until a reader alerted us to his home new on the market.
