This Plano Home Sold For More Than List in Less Than Two Days: What's the Secret?

Here is the report I got from the seller on March 19:

“Less than three hours live, and we have an offer above asking! 6 more showings tonight, three tomorrow. Will wait until tomorrow night to make a decision.”

So that was the first day. This for a home in Plano.

March 20:

“40 showings and 4 offers since 4 pm yesterday….”

March 20:

“Sold for $280,000 cash! Done.”

Yes people, it is possible.

This is a typical floorplan with 4 large bedrooms, three full and one-half baths, just a smidgen over 2800 square feet. The sellers popped in tons of upgrades including wood floors throughout, custom paint, built ins, upgraded stainless steel fixtures. Note the brick walls in the kitchen. Why don’t more home builders build with brick walls?
