There’s more to love about this unit other than the location. Those beautiful honey-colored bamboo floors, for starters, are perfect with the clean lines and contemporary feel of this 2,250-square-foot townhome at 4235 Holland Ave., and Unit B has just about everything a Millennial could want within walking distance, with Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping and more just a matter of yards away. White walls are great for hanging art, and there are plenty of windows throughout. I also love the kitchen configuration. Plenty of counter space and tons of custom cabinetry means that you don’t have to worry about storage, plus those cute open shelves are very on-trend. You also benefit from an eat-in bar and a peninsula — great for entertaining. The stainless steel appliances work well in the space, too, and I really like the subtle mosaic on the backsplash.
It’s a four-story condo, so you’re going to get your steps in going upstairs to the master suite. It’s a good thing, because your legs will always be toned for warm weather shorts and frocks. This is one seriously stylish master, which has its own fireplace and a full-on five-piece bath, complete with relaxing jetted tub. Sleek vessel sinks work well in this space, which feels larger thanks to the open storage underneath the vanities.
