I have found my dream home. Actually, Daltxrealestate.com Executive Editor Joanna England found it and sent me the listing. I have started packing. When you find your dream home you do not dilly dally.
Can someone please lend me $1 million? My dream home is a little bit out of reach and I know there are some devoted souls who will help a sister out.
Yes, yes, I know that is a lot of money but wait until you see this place. It is one of those homes that I did not know I wanted until I saw the photos. And now, I must go to there and live in peace and harmony.

I do not know about you all, but when I hear the name of my future dream home it is as though angels are singing.
Let us get the formalities out of the way, shall we?
My future home is located at 28458 Highway 64, Eagle Nest, New Mexico. It is a little over 1,200 square feet, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can see in the picture that I will have electricity, a deck, some extra patio chairs, some dog kennels, and a pretty, white propane tank.
Everything I need to know about where I will be laying my head is in this picture and I am good with that.
Now onto the alpacas. They have two living quarters to choose from when they go to rest their weary heads from being so adorable. There’s a third building to house all their alpaca stuff.
Look at those sweetie pies. They deserve three houses to call their own.
In case you did not know, alpacas originated in South America and are a part of the Camelid family. They are often confused with their testy cousin, the llama. According to AlpacaInfo.com alpacas are pleasant to be around, they do not headbutt or have horns and their fleece is hypo-allergenic.
“They move gracefully and adroitly about the field and are therefore unlikely to run into or over anyone intentionally.”
My God, I wish I could say the same for myself.
Now I know there are some doubters. I have always lived in a major metropolitan city. What do I know about caring for alpacas? Well, I found that alpaca website for starters, and my dream home sits on 87.5 acres of land for the alpacas to roam around.
It turns out my future home backs up to a state park with this incredible view. My herd of alpacas would make fantastic picnic companions.
They are docile, quiet animals that do not make a lot of sound. The exception seems to be during breeding when the males will serenade the female “with a guttural, throaty sound called ‘orgling.’” Oh baby, guys could learn a thing or two from these alpacas. Ladies, get you a man that “orgles.”
The pictures of the alpacas really do sell the place. So get out your phone and send me that Venmo. My herd of alpacas is waiting.
