P. Murrell Real Estate Adds Mack Stalp to Stacked Lineup

Mack Stalp has joined the P. Murrell Real Estate team at Compass Dallas.

Phillip Murrell is two steps ahead. When we first ran into this exceptionally driven real estate professional, we knew that he was going places.

And then when Murrell decided to strike out on his own and form a group, we knew it would be successful. Since its inception, the P. Murrell team has added gobs of talent, and we were certain that it was only a matter of time before Phillip and his team would grow again.

We’re pleased as punch to report that, yet again, we were not wrong.

Phillip Murrell announced just days ago that he was bringing in another young go-getter to his team — Mackenzie “Mack” Stalp. The Kansas City native has taken to the Dallas market like fish to water, which means that Murrell is not just two steps ahead, but miles.

“Inviting Mack to join our team was such a natural and easy decision,” says Murrell. “Mack has outstanding character, passion, and drive she has already has proven to be a team player in the short time she’s been with us. Watch out for Mack Stalp, she’s going places!”

Indeed! Though with all that hype from Murrell, you might expect that Stalp would be cocky and overconfident.

Not so much.

“When I was given the opportunity to join the P. Murrell team, it was such an obvious choice for me,” said the 28-year-old Stalp. “Phillip has always proven to be a steadfast mentor with his years of real estate experience, strong connections, and drive to be his authentic self. Before I joined, he had already built an extremely capable team that brought so many different strengths. I knew I would have a great group of people to support my growth right from the beginning!”

The P. Murrell Team has grown since 2020.

Speaking of that team, we have to mention that Murrell seems to be a magnet for talent. He just added former corporate accountant Loren Hall to his team last year. With Hall’s and Stalp’s backgrounds — the latter coming with marketing chops — Murrell has poised himself to become a big contender in the Dallas real estate market.

Goodness knows that Stalp has the drive to really make it in this business. And with Murrell and the team he’s assembled, they are ones to watch.

“My biggest motivation behind this move was to be able to help my clients through every stage of life,” Stalp, who started her journey in real estate as an apartment locator, told us. “I have clients that I’ve had the pleasure of working with every year since 2018 and to now be able to take that next step with them is something I’ve always dreamed of. From their first apartment in Dallas to their first home, I want to be there every step of the way and I am so thankful that joining the P. Murrell team has allowed me to do this!”
