Fall home tour season approaches, and we here at Daltxrealestate.com can’t wait to show you all of the wonderful events showcasing the diverse and exceptional architectural palette this city offers! First up is the reveal of the 2018 Heritage Oak Cliff Home Tour stops!
On Sept. 10, Heritage Oak Cliff’s members and guests will get a first look at the nine beautiful homes selected for this year’s tour. The reveal party is planned for 6:30 p.m. at the Bishop Arts Theater (215 S. Tyler).
“There will be light refreshments from 6:30 to 7 p.m. and then the ‘reveal’ will be from 7 to 8 p.m.” said tour chair Stan Aten. “This year the tour includes nine homes with a wide variety of architectural styles. The oldest home on the tour was built in 1909 and the newest home was built in 2015.”
In past years, Heritage Oak Cliff’s home tour has showcased some truly amazing and historic architecture, and we’re tickled pink to see that tradition continue.
Ticket prices in advance are $20 and ($15 for seniors). On the day of the tour prices are $25 and ($20 for seniors). You can purchase home tour tickets in the following locations:

Or you can buy them online and the pick up your tickets at Ticket Central located at Momentous Institute Circular Driveway at 106 E 10th Street on the days of the tour.
All proceeds from this tour are used to fund neighborhood grants for neighborhoods that are members of Heritage Oak Cliff. These grants have funded sidewalk replacements in Winnetka Heights, neighborhood sign toppers, crime watch activities, a dog park, and back-to-school kits for low-income children.
“Last year, Heritage Oak Cliff granted almost $40,000 to neighborhood projects in Oak Cliff,” Aten said.
