Douglas Elliman’s Tracy Tutor Team Joins Forces With Luxury Realtor Breah Brown in Texas Expansion

Dallas luxury real estate agent Breah Brown has joined forces with the Tracy Tutor Team as it expands to Texas. Tutor, the first female real estate broker of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, has consistently ranked as a top agent at Douglas Elliman. She brings 23 years of experience in luxury real estate with over $300 million in 2021 sales.

Brown is a skilled investor and developer herself with almost 10 years of real estate experience under her belt and hands-on experience in almost every aspect of the business.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Tracy Tutor Team to Dallas,” said Michael Reddell, senior executive vice president and managing director of Douglas Elliman’s Dallas office. “Tracy and Breah Brown combining forces is a testament to our agents tapping into Elliman’s robust network and forming partnerships to better serve their clients, wherever they are.”

The partnership is also fortuitous for Douglas Elliman agents in Dallas and buyers from California who are familiar with Tutor’s style and brand.

“It is also great for our local Douglas Elliman agents as they can partner with Tracy to connect with more buyers from California. It also enhances the visibility of our Dallas brokerage to the real estate community as well as clients across the country,” Reddell added. “Ultimately, this is tremendous news for our agents and clients in Dallas.”

The partnership was no small move for Brown, who did not jump in without doing her due diligence. However, joining forces was a win-win not just for business reasons, but for personal ones, too.
