Today’s Tuesday Two Hundred is another of his designs in the 4111 Cole Condos, near Fitzhugh and Central Expressway. Unit 24 is 1,090 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a prime location. 4111 Cole Condos is located steps away from Katy Trail, the Knox-Henderson shopping and entertainment district, and close to West Village.
The buildings of this Uptown condo have simple, clean lines, with a white and silver-colored palette. The community features include modern landscaping, a secure, gated entrance, swimming pool, and large wood deck with lounge chairs.
The interior of the condo reflects that contemporary feel, with open spaces, simple lines, and modern lighting and details. There are light-colored wood floors in the main living areas, Carrera marble counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, and modern landscaping.
There are mandatory monthly HOA fees of $308, which include access to the pool, blanket insurance, exterior maintenance, front yard maintenance, water, and sewer.

The main living room measures 19-by-11, and has a wood-burning fireplace, recessed lights, and double doors that lead to a balcony.
I think the current owners have done an excellent job of staging the condo for a sale, keeping enough furnishings in place to show use and function, but not so much as to distract from the buyers’ ability to picture themselves living there. The large pieces of art add a stylish touch.
Just off the living room is the dining room, with a large, contemporary chandelier. The living room, dining room, and kitchen share a large, open space.
The galley kitchen has Carrera marble counters, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and a breakfast bar.
The master bedroom measures 13-by-12, a bit on the small side, in my opinion, but nicely appointed, and there’s a custom closet system. The ensuite bath has the same Carrera marble counters and a modern gray tile in the bath with glass doors. Very modern.
The current owners are using the second bedroom, which measures 10-by-10, as a home office. The second bath also has the same marble counters and glass shower enclosure.
