Chopped up rooms and awkward spaces get a big thumbs down in today’s market. Those considering a renovation with a future sale in mind are wise to put their dollars into interior spaces that are light, bright, and flow easily from one area to the next.
Today’s Thursday Three Hundred offers just that. The 1959 ranchette at 6231 Berryhill St., near Abrams Road and E. Northwest Highway, is 1,596 square feet of open sight lines and airy rooms. All this for well under $400K. I’d guess we’ll be hearing about a contract soon.
