Of course, it could use a coat of paint all over the interior. We’d suggest a warm gray like Benjamin Moore’s Galveston Gray (they have the best grays, in my opinion!). One thing that you’d be crazy to change would be the spacious rear deck, which is just right for entertaining a crowd. Put a shade sail or a big umbrella over it for a cool, late summer spot for sipping cocktails and soaking up the vibe in North Oak Cliff. You can peer out at your chicken coop and garden, and enjoy one of the neatest neighborhoods in Dallas!
