Raul Ruiz has joined the real estate team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates after achieving the goal of being named the 2020 top producer for a leading Dallas brokerage. His strengths include market analysis, high-touch service, and construction know-how.

Ruiz is impressive – an enthusiastic professional who is making a solid name for himself in Dallas real estate through hard work, and dedicated service to his clients.

“Raul is an incredible agent and we are so excited to have him on our team,” said CEO Allie Beth Allman. “He mirrors our culture of relationships with a focus on results.”

During his career, Ruiz has listed and sold many luxury homes in some of the area’s hottest neighborhoods. Additionally, Ruiz has “a critical eye,” as described by a recent client, and an intimate understanding of the renovation process, materials and costs involved, which he says is an invaluable asset for his clients.

But Ruiz’s greatest skill is his client-oriented service, carefully covering every base for buyers and sellers. “My client’s financial health is a priority,” he explains.

In fact, Ruiz’s business mantra is completely centered on the client, their needs and what’s best for them.

He credits his father who told him to make sure he’s always loyal, diligent, respectful, grateful, and above all, to “never stop learning.”

Ruiz also owns and manages a portfolio of properties, which he believes has contributed to his depth of knowledge on everything from business processes to a circle of trusted subcontractors and other important services needed when buying or selling a home.

Ruiz refers to himself as “data-driven,” someone who spends a significant volume of time gathering statistics on each neighborhood to clearly understand agents, builders and the market.

An avid learner, Ruiz takes great pride in constantly honing his business skills which include sales and marketing, problem-solving, plus closely following consumer trends and buying habits, all designed to assist his clients. He is fluent in English and Spanish, which is a bonus for international clients.

The Mexico City native first came to Texas in 2005 to attend Southern Methodist University, where he graduated with majors in Advertising as well as Markets & Culture. The experience helped him establish close personal and professional connections in Dallas, where he’s worked since finishing college.

Going the extra mile is Ruiz’s trademark and something he brings to his clients, who have described his work as “beyond the call of duty,” “first-class all the way” and “an incredible asset.”

He calls the move to Allie Beth Allman & Associates “logical,” pointing to the company’s well-established strength in local zip codes where he’s experienced solid business growth.

“Allie Beth’s excellent brand reputation will help me become one of the best in Dallas” and better serve clients, he said, which is his greatest goal.
