You know how you look at one thing and you expect it to be a certain way and then you see the inside and your pupils turn into hearts like a cartoon character and you did not even see that coming? That’s pretty much what’s happening here.
On the outside, super cute little brick Tudor. Nothing terribly unusual. Nice landscaping though. Desert-y with some gotta be Texas native brush (I’m not a botanist), well that’s nice. I like that.

Canon’s the one that tipped us off to the fact that these two aren’t semi-pros, they’re total pros. In fact, she said the question she gets the most is, “Are they selling the furniture?”
It’s amazing. And they’re not. But drool stains.
The kitchen is custom and cost on the upside or $100,000. It’s so modern and contemporary and not what you’d expect but again, this couple knows what they’re doing.
Now the artist vibes inside aren’t new. In fact, the previous owner (whom the current sellers purchased this home from) was an artist, too.
In addition to all the amazing updates and incredible detail that’s very apparent in all these pictures, there’s a big-time bonus – an artist (or architect) studio out back. It’s the blue room above.
