TAG And Bryte Realty Groups Merge Forces With Sights Set on Growth

The new TAG Realty Group now includes Brian Carr, Litzy Marquina, Craig Allen, Katherine Allen, and Erin Chandler.

Earlier this month, the TAG DFW Realty Group merged with the Bryte Realty Group. Combined, the two groups accounted for 130 transactions, totaling over $50 million in volume last year. The company will retain the TAG name and continue to operate under the Keller Williams umbrella.

“The dynamics of real estate in North Texas are continually changing and the level of knowledge, offerings, and support required to adequately represent clients is vastly higher than even a few short years ago,” Broker Associate Katherine Allen said.  “By combining our teams, we can leverage our skillset, offer expanded market reach, access additional technologies, and continue to exceed our client’s expectations with the personalized attention for which we are known, with 90 percent of our annual business stemming from personal referrals. Our separate teams have worked in unison for this past year and seamlessly merging our businesses is the next step to growing our footprint in DFW.”

Allen began her real estate career as a solo agent before teaming up with her husband, Craig Allen, to form TAG.  Together, they built a small team and climbed up the ranks of production. According to Allen, they spent the better part of last fall deciding how best to continue growing their business.

Bryte Realty Group was founded by Brian Carr. He’s a top-producing agent with more than a decade of real estate experience. He’s also a real estate investor who offers specialized services to residential and commercial clients.

According to Allen, they all concluded that the best way to compete in the Dallas-Fort Worth market was to join forces.

Before this year, TAG had focused solely on residential real estate. By merging with Bryte Realty Group, they have now expanded their offerings to include commercial real estate, certified staging, and additional services for investors.

“Production-wise, we were both top-producers in the office, but with all of our service offerings now, we’ve positioned ourselves to be at the very top,” Allen says.
