Two blocks from Turtle Creek, Katy Trail, and the Uptown shopping and dining, when we saw that this sleek, sexy, and elegant Mansion Park townhome in our Instagram feed this week, we knew we had to share.
And lo and behold, we’ve shared before. Last year, Candy fell hard for this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, three-story home, with good reason. Secluded behind a treeline, wall, and a gate, 3625 Brown Street is both private and right in the middle of everything.
And before you even get inside, you know it’s special. With an art courtyard that was a specially created for the space by Brazilian artist Luiz Olinto greeting you, even the outside of the home is an automatic conversation piece.

Stapp has co-listed the stunning Mansion Park home with Kelly Gurnee for $1.095 million, and there’s an open house today from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Gurnee said that interest is high in the property, so prospective buyers should probably keep their heads on a swivel for this one.
