We told you about Deion Sander’s former spread up in Prosper all spiffed up and ready to sell, re-named and branded as Chateau Montclair. It’s even going to get an historical chandelier from the famous Statler Hilton in downtown Dallas.
And we have certainly told you about Deion’s Uptown pad at the tip top of the Azure, one of only two penthouses, two story complete with a private swimming pool right there on the roof. Deion tried to sell this pad for $4.8 million in 2013, then he used it, then he leased it out.
Well, 2900 McKinnon #3002 is on the market, this time listed by none other than Rogers Healy, founder of Rogers Healy & Associates. Rogers is also known as the social media master broker of Dallas real estate, and he tells me it was through a tweet that he met Deion and got his listing. Asking is once again $4.8.
That’s a pretty fair price, and lower than Greg Brady’s almost twin unit — 3001. Back in 2009, Deion had this pad listed for a whopping $7,500,000. Or $1492. per square foot. Yeow! The two-level penthouse offers views of downtown Dallas from the 30th floor of the Azure. There is concierge, valet, totally gourmet kitchen with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, beautiful marbles and granite, floor to ceiling windows (and views) and an outdoor fireplace. A private elevator leads to the terrace lounge with a wet bar, full bath and private pool in addition to the beautiful Azure pool a few floors down.
Speaking of pools, Deion apparently settled a million dollar lawsuit with a Dallas pool company he says overfilled his Azure pool and flooded his condo back in 2014. Which means the floors must all be brand new and oh so stunning… we can hardly wait for the new photos!
