Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, the largest independently owned real estate brokerage in North Texas, expanded its leadership and operations team Monday.
“We’re in year 17 at RHA, and we’re just getting started,” says Rogers Healy, founder, owner, CEO, and manager of all Rogers Healy and Associates company operations… until now. The business has grown so intensely, with ventures in relocation, commercial real estate, and property management, the new father who started in real estate while in college at SMU, has pulled in a new leader.
Diyanna Ahuja has joined Rogers Healy and Associates from Compass Real Estate as its first-ever Director of Operations.
“I’m honored to pass the torch of running operations to someone that’s going to give us all the ability to elevate,” says the real estate entrepreneur. “As they say, ‘a high tide raises all ships.’”
Diyanna brings almost two decades of multifaceted operations experience through the
luxury retail industry and the real estate technology industry, where she previously served as Head of Operations for Compass RE Texas, LLC.
Diyanna’s extensive experience with long-term and short-term business planning and implementation will serve as a driving force within RHA along with supporting daily operations. She will redefine mentorship, training, and guidance for the various real estate agent support departments within RHA, says Healy.
“We are so blessed to have someone with this combination of experience and passion come lead our staff and team of over 500 agents,” Healy said. “RHA is a special place and I know Diyanna and her leadership skills will make it that much more special.”
Before joining the real estate industry, Diyanna was an essential player in the revenue growth of HUGO BOSS Fashions, Inc., and held various management positions of increasing responsibility up to the Senior Director level in Retail and Wholesale. For more than a decade, Diyanna has been training and leading talented team members to accomplish targeted business goals, controlling budgets, delivering quality customer service, instituting continuous process improvements, implementing organizational changes to maximize profitability, and achieving winning results across various metrics.
Diyanna says she is even more excited about the opportunity with RHA after seeing the passion and energy among the agents and staff.
“It’s inspiring to see the community and camaraderie at RHA,” Diyanna said. “It’s an honor to be a part of it and to get to work alongside Rogers. His enthusiasm for what we can bring to the table is incredible.”
Diyanna has lived in various US cities and relocated from New York City back home to Dallas in 2018. Diyanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Texas Real Estate license.
