As I was saying, in 1958 Mr. Luther built Ridglea Greenway Condominiums. He drew inspiration from the Spanish Revival buildings on the east and west and created a Spanish Revival oasis right in the middle of the city.
Of course, inspiration came easily since Mr. Luther designed the other two Spanish Revival buildings as well.
