It’s the day after the day after Thanksgiving. Some call it Saturday. Some call it three out from regret. It’s a day for college games, dodging the mall, and looking at houses with pretty pictures that now fill the void where a mere two days ago, you put pie. Inside the house is completely updated. It’s move-in ready and impeccable. I was 100 percent certain it was staged, but nope, Compass RE’s Meghan Kelley said the owner’s taste is just that good. That’s the level of remodel we’re talking here.

Spacious and well-manicured with cool, modern stepping stones leading to a firepit. And above it all? Those fantastic trees creating the perfect shady spot.
The sellers would love to close by December 28 so if you get cracking, you could toast the New Year in your new home and, weather permitting, walk to Goodfriend to celebrate. Hooray.
