Ebby Halliday Realtors has just finished Phase I its new 10,000-square-foot Preston Center office on Douglas Avenue across from the Park Cities Hilton. Next door to the Shelton high-rise building, this office will house the Preston Center Associates and staff members.

The space, which is so stylish, was designed by Gary Owens with architect Michael Twichell.

Phase II, which will open in January, will include seven private offices for top-producing agents and teams, as well as a large agent workroom.
