I have long wanted to start a series on the private homes of Dallas real estate agents. Let’s consider this the first post! This is the private home of Briggs Freeman’s Missy Woehr, a dear friend. When she’s not selling sleek condos at Museum Tower, this is where Missy lives with her husband, Gus, also a licensed agent. I think Missy has probably sold every unit at the Cascada.
This is an elegant three bedroom, three and two half bath townhouse built in 2003. The floor plan is one of the best I’ve seen, and there is an elevator BUT! There is also a guest room on the first floor.
