When we pick our High Caliber Home of the Week, we look at the whole house. Obviously, it has to have a pretty face, but the interiors, lot, and location are also important. So when we saw this listing from David Griffin Realtor Robert Kucharski, we knew that it would be a hit with our loyal readers because it has the perfect alchemy of good looks, great location, and excellent schools.
First, this week’s High Caliber Home of the Week presented by Lisa Peters at Caliber Home Loans is adorable. It’s a shabby chic take on a traditional cottage and we love the color that the sellers wove into this property. Second, there’s nothing quite like a bright red front door, right?
