With pre-sales pricing, available units range from a one-bedroom, 1,051 square foot unit for $248,000, to a three-bedroom, 1,695 square foot unit for $395,000.
And even better, you’re still an easy commute to work and when you’re home, you can walk to dining, outdoor venues, shopping, and lakes, fountains, green spaces, and numerous hike-and-bike trails.
