Live Large In Northeast Dallas Rental Of The Week

Amesbury

All this place really needs is someone to make your bed each morning and hand you a cup of coffee as you exit the building on your way to work.

Other than that, The Ash at the Branch has everything else a young professional might be looking for in a Northeast Dallas apartment.

Monthly rent ranges from $1,297 to $4,567 per month for one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.

The Ash is affordable for a recent college grad looking to make it on their own or a group of roomies wishing to channel their inner Carrie Bradshaw in the big city. For this price, you might actually be able to start paying off those student loans.

It’s pet-friendly and has so many amenities, you’ll think you’re living in a hotel – with the exception of turn-down service.

Summer in the city

With its swimming pool, outdoor grills, clubhouse, entertainment lounge, and business center, it might seem this posh spot has it all. But just in case you need a change of scenery, it doesn’t hurt to be a quick Uber ride away from North Park Mall, Uptown Dallas, and Upper Greenville. White Rock Lake is about a 10-minute drive, and Velvet Taco, Grub Burger Bar, and Dallas Grilled Cheese Co. are nearby for a trendy late-night bite or to take guests out in the city.

The Ash has direct access to U.S. 75, which will get you to some of Dallas’ largest employers, including AT&T, Bank of America, and Parkland Health. Also nearby are the George W. Bush Presidential Center and Granada Theater. I mean, you’re in Dallas. There’s no shortage of things to do.

Floor plans

Numerous options are available to suit the renter’s needs. Floor plans range from a 631-square-foot one-bedroom unit to a three-bedroom, three-bathroom pad at 1,596 square feet. Facebook reviews are primarily positive, with nine recommendations and several comments about good customer service.

With so much to choose from, some renters have opted to upgrade to a larger or different floor plan when their lease runs out. One renter had some concerns with fob access, but the building is only two years old, so we’re holding out hope that those kinks have been worked out.
