I think it could be great for a single person or small family, too. Someone that lives in town, but wants a really close weekend (or even weekday) escape. This property has some serious Austin vibes and I’m pretty pumped to see it all the way up here. It’s technically in McKinney, right off 380.
You could rent this one out to your friends and family or Airbnb the heck out of it.
It’s such a freaking charmer, you guys. I think the only thing it’s missing is a plunge pool – you know what I’m talking about. One of those big metal tub things that’s super shallow and yet somehow stays cool? UGH. They’re the best.
