Here’s a super cute house over in Lochwood, but what you DON’T see will SHOCK YOU.
JK. It’s the backyard. And you can totally see it. In the pictures. WHICH ARE PICTURED BELOW. I was just trying to mix it up with some sensational statements, but I’m already over it so let’s just talk about this house.
(But for real, the backyard is the showstopper. It’s huuuuuge. Like so big the extra Us are mandatory.)
There’s an oversized detached two-car garage, a full patio, and so much grass you could start a sod farm and then there’s a whole tumbled rock area that just looks pretty.
Inside there’s a lot to love, too. Like new windows, recently replaced flooring, fresh interior paint, granite countertops, and lots of other stuff. Listen, I can regurgitate a listing all day, but now’s the time of the write up where I like to really go off script and start winging it with words of my own.

Everything else is light and bright and again, that backyard. It’s not like this is an oversized lot or anything, but it is so dang big. Plus, this location is solid as heck. It’s over near White Rock Lake and all the powerwalking you can handle. Or rent a paddleboard from White Rock Paddle Co. and build those biceps. Or do nothing and just eat a sandwich on a park bench.
