Nice little roof line, quite pleasant circle drive with a killer wraparound privacy fence of the horizontal variety. Plus the house is set back from the road so it feels like a little compound. With that North Dallas address comes access to just about anywhere so snag this one while you can. It was recently reduced to $719,000 and that feels REAL good for a five-bedroom, four and one-half bathroom home that’s leisurely spreads out across 3,522 square feet.
