Live Large On Cole Avenue In This Stunning NOT Townhome

The entrance at 4344 Cole Avenue is so grand you might want to pop an ‘e’ on the end because it’s just that grand. Like grandè. Maybe there’s an accent, too, who even knows? The point is it’s big. Like maybe 200 feet tall? Probably not, but there’s brick and stone and the warmest oak door that invites you home to your fabulous three-story, 3,335 square foot, single family attached home.

That’s right, it’s not a townhome which means no HOA but enjoy the splendors of townhome-ness anyway, like a private gated drive and unstoppable location. That location, of course, is the aforementioned Cole Avenue, mere steps from Knox and all she has to offer like Taverna, Little Katana, Up On Knox and for those low key evenings, Trader Joe’s.

But enough about the trendiest walkability, let’s get back to this house. Compass’ Catherine Blevens said the only other entrance that rivals the front is the doorway to the Master bedroom. It’s really something. It doesn’t hurt that the Master is massive or as Blevens called it gargantuan. The en suite, equally impressive bathroom has a lil’ peekaboo fireplace and while that’s literally unthinkable right now, imagine how cozy and majestic? Yeah, let’s go with majestic that will be come winter. You can take a bath by the fire and unwind after a long day at the office. Honestly, there’s no telling where the office will be this winter. Most likely, at home.

Which is another reason this house is calling your name. We’re all craving more space right now and this one isn’t shy. Plus every floor has its own balcony so midday when you need a breather, you can pop outside for fresh air or to sing a sonnet. I mean, that’s basically what balconies are for, right? And like we said, this location is private, so crank it up and really belt one out.

If you’d like to take a look at this hidden gem in plain sight, reach out to Blevens or any agent on her BBR Group team. They’d be happy to show you around this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home with both a game room and a media room that’s currently listed at $799,000.
