Y’all sure do love a Midcentury Modern ranch, don’t you? Every single time one of the Cliff May-designed Midcentury Modern homes in Casa View Oaks comes on the market, it’s a veritable feeding frenzy. Which, for a Realtor and a seller, isn’t a bad thing. For everyone else? Well, make sure you’re ready to compete for elbow room at the open house this weekend.
We’re still impatiently awaiting another one of the Casa View Cliff May Home Tours, which showcased this particular California-style Midcentury Modern back in 2016. The sellers, Mitchell Boone and Elizabeth VanOorts, became interwoven into the neighborhood and Andrea Lane, specifically, that I am sure it will be hard for them to leave.
However, I don’t think they’ll go far — Boone is, after all, the senior pastor at White Rock Lake United Methodist Church — and I think they’re also sticking to what they know and are gutting and renovating another East Dallas Midcentury Modern. You can follow their journey on Instagram.
And that’s not the only Casa View Cliff May that recently went to market, either. If you’ll recall, Karen Eubank just featured one days ago. That particular listing at 2628 Andrea Lane is already contingent. These homes do not sit on the market long.
This one is adorable, with a completely updated kitchen and a fabulous living room. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a close-knit neighborhood.
In love? This particular Casa View Cliff May at 2604 Andrea Lane is priced at $325,000, which has to be a record for the area. Need more convincing? Stop in at one of the two open houses this weekend.
