What do you know about Hamilton? With the recent success of the hit Broadway musical with the same name, we probably know more than Alexander Hamilton knew about himself.  But I’m not talking about that Hamilton.

I’m talking about the new listing at 3720 Hamilton Avenue in the Monticello neighborhood of Fort Worth.

Side Note: Isn’t it funny how cities look to events that happened hundreds of years ago which had zero effect on that city or area for names. For instance, the Monticello neighborhood, Hamilton Avenue … you think there’s a Cowtown neighborhood with a Bowie Avenue somewhere in Virginia?  I doubt it.

Listed by Kendall Karr of Williams Trew Real Estate, this exquisite home of 4,500 square feet built in the Colonial tradition is definitely a home worth seeing.

There is so much room both inside and outside this home. Truly unique in what it offers buyers.

Hamilton

Built in 1944, the home went through an intensive addition and remodel in 2017 by local builder Doug Brooks.

You know blue is the new black right?

Now the home features four oversized bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms.  The home is filled with large windows, which invite tons of natural light to pour into the home. Plus, 3720 Hamilton Ave.  sits on a double lot, which means it has plenty of yard space surrounding the home

The Room Where It Happens

While the home offers a formal dining room and a formal living room, everyone always congregates in the kitchen.  In this home, there is plenty of space in the open concept floor plan that makes the traditional layout of the home feel cozy.

Satisfied

You come home from a hard day at work or play and you want to just relax and enjoy a nice hot shower.  This is the place to do it.  The updated master bathroom not only has the finishes and colors of the time, but the large master shower is the perfect place for that perfect shower!

One Last Time

This show stopper at 3720 Hamilton Ave. is listed by Kris Karr and Kendall Kostohryz at Williams Trew for $1.75 million.  Check it out and you’ll give it a standing ovation for sure.
