The Ewers Realty Group recently affiliated with the Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate Luther Lane/Park Cities office after previously operating independently. The duo of Brit Ewers and his husband, Zach Staats, has consistently been a top-performing group in the Las Colinas area. Their business focuses primarily on new townhome communities for developers there as well as residential sales in Las Colinas and Dallas.
“We wanted to merge our presence in Las Colinas and our expertise in townhomes and new construction with the reputation, connections, technology, and resources available at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate,” Ewers said “Lee Thomas (office manager) and the entire team have been amazing at bringing us on. We know it is a great fit for our brand and the perfect place to continue growing the Ewers Realty Group,”
He added that he hopes that working with a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate will help them better position themselves for the future of real estate by offering higher levels of service, more market exposure, and greater technology for clients while keeping the experience personal.
Ewers has been a broker for 11 years. He got his start in Austin while attending the University of Texas. Ewers also sold real estate in Houston before moving back to the Dallas area six years ago.
Staats joined the team last year after previously working in medical device sales. He handles many of the team’s marketing, administrative, and contract management responsibilities while Ewers takes the lead in sales. Ewers says the arrangement has been great, with each one’s skills complementing the other’s. With an expanded team and a new affiliation, he’s now looking to take their business to even greater heights.
“Our goal is to expand our residential resale business in Las Colinas and Dallas while continuing to represent builders and developers with our 10 years of experience selling new construction,” he says.
