You remember that we featured 4524 Westway, a beautiful transitional home that was taken to the studs in 2008. Well, this home is remarkable because it was once a duplex, but thanks to the major attention from designer Dan Nelson (pictured), this home was transformed into an absolutely stunning abode.

“This was a major project for us and we did all the architecture, including transforming it from a duplex,” said Nelson, president of Vision Design. “New stairs were created that worked with the new front entrance. We expanded on the vogue regency style that was lurking in the architecture but not fully exploited.”

Well, you did a fabulous job, Dan. We enjoyed profiling this amazing property so much! See all of the photos from our “Lease of the Week” feature here.
