This home, designed by Max Jones at Jones Walker Home, has some fantastic lines and color combinations that make it sleek, elegant, and totally livable. Also, I love the art on the walls! Some of the paintings are by Jones, with much of the rest of it being original works by Texas artists, including Matt Kaplinsky, Jennifer Morgan, and Baron Farha.
Both front and back yards were designed by Patrick Boyd of David Rolston Landscape Architects, and totally jive with the feel of the home. That’s something that the seller has tried to maintain throughout the 2,136 square feet. There is a modern edge you’ll notice especially in the kitchen and master bedroom, though. What we really love is that sexy red guest bedroom! So fun! Many light fixtures are custom, with the flush-mount fixture in the formal living room standing out like a total diva. Isn’t that amazing?
