From Staff Reports

Aaron Carroll and Blake Eltis have taken their shingle to the newest in a litany of luxury brokers that have come to hang their hat in Texas, Douglas Elliman.

“The Carroll/Eltis Group is a team of highly regarded agents in the Dallas market, and we could not be happier that they are joining the Elliman family,” said Jacob Sudhoff, Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman Texas, in a press release sent to regional media outlets.

Led by Aaron Carroll and Blake Eltis, the group comes to Douglas Elliman with agents Kelly Morgan, Caty Sada, and Lindsey Malloy, as well as executive assistant Kate Kirtley. The team surpassed $100 million in sales in 2021 alone and will be based out of the brokerage’s Dallas office.

“The Carroll/Eltis Group’s drive and ambition paired with their expertise in the Dallas luxury real estate market make them a perfect fit for the firm as we expand our presence throughout the city,” said Stephen Kotler, Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Elliman’s Western Region.

With over $550 million in sales since June 2011, the team specializes in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, East Dallas, and luxury high rises.

“We are thrilled to launch our next chapter with the powerhouse firm that is Douglas Elliman and work with their global network of distinguished agents. We believe this is the perfect time to make the move to re-energize our business, and we are looking forward to being a part of Elliman’s expansion across Dallas and creating something special with the brokerage,” said Aaron Carroll. “We were drawn to Elliman’s global reach, and with their technology, marketing, and public relations prowess, we believe we will be able to take our business to the next level,” added Blake Eltis.
