A Peek Inside Frisco’s New Exclusive Move-In Ready Condominiums at The Corvalla

Not all condominium living is located in Dallas city limits. In fact, some of the most luxurious, resort-inspired condo living is happening at The Corvalla in Frisco, where homes start at $650,000 and go up to $1.2 million.

The Corvalla is a 121-home neighborhood of three-story buildings with home ranging from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet with especially large master suites and open kitchen living style. From the exterior, it’s clear that clean lines and large windows are prominent in the condo’s contemporary yet comfortable feel.

On the interior, you’ll find a light and airy aesthetic absent of dark woods and crown molding, in favor of natural blond wood floors, quartz countertops, marble floors, and huge 9-foot Lincoln wood windows that fill the living rooms with natural light. In the kitchen, Wolf and Subzero appliances, including gas cooktop, oven, built-in microwave, and built-in refrigerator come standard.

If some of the finishes and architecture feel familiar, that means you know your prominent Preston Hollow and Highland Park architects and builders. Corvalla is a unique collaboration from Candy’s Dirt Approved Builder Robert Elliott Custom Homes, its parent company Stillwater Capital, longtime Metroplex developer Western Securities, and the architecture firm of Stocker, Hoesterey, and Montenegro in Dallas.

“The Corvalla combines the best of single-family living with the amenities often reserved for highrise communities,” Elliott says. “The three-story building offers people the opportunity to choose a home close to one of the amazing courtyards located throughout the property. One of the key differentiators that customers will find is our unique ability to use floor to ceiling residential Lincoln wood windows often reserved for the most expensive homes in the area.”

The homes are located at 5250 Town and Country Blvd. near Legacy Drive and Sam Rayburn Tollway, right in the middle of the corporate corridor with Toyota, Capital One, Liberty Mutual, Dr Pepper Snapple, and Ericsson among both the newly relocated and well-established companies whose headquarters are based nearby. In fact, Brandon Meek tells us several top executives from those companies have already secured their new residences at The Corvalla. Seems like a no-brainer: located in one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, easy commute to the office, shopping and dining at The Shops at Legacy and Legacy West, and you can even see The Star from the third-floor balconies.

Complete with an onsite concierge, The Corvalla aims to provide resort-style living with onsite swimming pool, residents clubhouse, outdoor fire pits, bocce ball courts, and manicured grounds with picturesque courtyards and architectural fountains. The residences also come with a social membership to the Stonebriar Country Club, right behind the community, which includes fitness, dining, and the pool. Initiation and monthly dues as a social member are included.

The RFID in your Tolltag opens the gate to the underground parking garage, where each home comes with the deed to two reserved parking spaces. Right now, the condos are completely move-in ready with a full staff that’s on-site every day giving tours and helping homeowners.

“The Corvalla has the true, family feel of a high-end single-story home,” says Brandon Meek of The Associates Realty. “With an onsite concierge, it appeals to a lock-and-leave lifestyle. and people that are looking to escape the maintenance with taking care of the lawn, the pool, and a huge home. Here, you can just come home.”
