A Modern Home in Farmers Branch so Stunning it Was Snatched up Before it Hit The Market

Farmers Branch

Interior design and architecture are continually evolving. It seems with each new build we’re introduced to all-new ideas for how to elevate form, function, and feel. With emerging trends and advanced materials, the modern home benefits from an accelerated pace of improvement and an incredible new standard of aesthetics. Of course, some stand out more than others, and sometimes we’re left in awe of this new architectural era.

For this week’s Inwood Home of the Week sponsored by Inwood National Bank, we have a shining example of this.

Thomas Cusick with Thomas Cusick Custom Homes recently completed an incredible modern home at 14311 Juniper Cove in Farmers Branch. Unfortunately, a buyer emerged before completion, but the home is so notable we couldn’t keep it from you.

This ultra-modern, four-bedroom, six-bathroom, 3,916-square-foot Farmers Branch gem sets a whole new standard in design. Simply take a look and you’ll agree that modern architecture may have hit a peak.

A Fabulous Farmers Branch Modern Home

The home uses exterior illumination, natural stone elements, and mature surroundings to create an unmistakable curb appeal. Then, the interior takes it to the next level.

Upon entering the home, it’s apparent just how expertly conceived the interior is. An open layout presenting soft European white oak flooring, crisp finishes, and designer finish-outs creates a tapestry of contemporary excellence.

The main living room is vast and inviting. In fact, a full-sized bar sets the stage for entertaining as soon as you arrive. Also, with a sophisticated fireplace and an abundance of natural light, this area is as dynamic as it is distinct.

Then, the area opens further to reveal an incredible gourmet kitchen. Here, high-end appliances and an oversized gas range allow for unparalleled prep and cooking experiences. Of course, there’s no shortage of immaculate marble on the enormous eat-in island.

The experts at Thomas Cusick Custom Homes designed each bedroom and bathroom within the home to carry a cohesive aesthetic but with distinct differences. The ensuite bathroom in the primary features an astounding display of Calcatta marble against a crisp white tub and walk-in shower. Also, heated floors and dual vanities make for remarkable morning routines.

Of course, luxury touches are apparent throughout. Some of the highlights include whole-home water filtration, smart home connectivity, wine storage under the stairs, and electric shades throughout.

Finally, the backyard boasts a warm hearth, outdoor kitchen, and plenty of room to roam or potential for a pristine pool area.

Again, this home is unfortunately off the market. However, if I were in the market for a new modern home, I know Thomas Cusick Custom Homes would be at the top of my list of builders.
