From Staff Reports

Dallas luxury real estate agent Breah Brown has joined forces with the Tracy Tutor Team as it expands to Texas. Tutor, the first female real estate broker of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, has consistently ranked as a top agent at Douglas Elliman. She brings 23 years of experience in luxury real estate with over $300 million in 2021 sales.

Brown is a skilled investor and developer herself with almost 10 years of real estate experience under her belt and hands-on experience in almost every aspect of the business.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Tracy Tutor Team to Dallas,” said Michael Reddell, senior executive vice president and managing director of Douglas Elliman’s Dallas office. “Tracy and Breah Brown combining forces is a testament to our agents tapping into Elliman’s robust network and forming partnerships to better serve their clients, wherever they are.”

The partnership is also fortuitous for Douglas Elliman agents in Dallas and buyers from California who are familiar with Tutor’s style and brand.

“It is also great for our local Douglas Elliman agents as they can partner with Tracy to connect with more buyers from California. It also enhances the visibility of our Dallas brokerage to the real estate community as well as clients across the country,” Reddell added. “Ultimately, this is tremendous news for our agents and clients in Dallas.”

The partnership was no small move for Brown, who did not jump in without doing her due diligence. However, joining forces was a win-win not just for business reasons, but for personal ones, too.

“Making the move to Douglas Elliman and ultimately partnering with Tracy Tutor, a recognized brand in the luxury market, aligns with my mission to provide the best experience for my clients,” Brown said. “This partnership was a year in the making with several discussions and much time spent getting to know each other on a personal and professional level. I have great respect for Tracy and the brand she has built. As single mothers, we understand the dedication required to get to where we are. We utilize that same grit and determination in our everyday interaction with our clients. We understand that every market demands its own strategy, and Dallas is no exception. Together we can offer an innovative marketing approach and worldwide exposure to provide our clients and their properties the most tailored experience.”
