3 New Skyline Terrace Homes in the Maple District Will Be Ready for Summer Move-In

Things are happening in the up-and-coming Maple District in Dallas, where Farmers Branch-based Crescent Estates Custom Homes is nearing the completion of another round of large and stunning single-family homes. Allie Beth Allman and Assoc. agent Eric Narasov has the listings for three new three-bedroom homes topping out at an impressive 3,500 square feet.

Back in 2019, we told you about the grand opening of Skyline Terrace Villas, an enclave of 31 single-family homes that have a large lot with downtown Dallas views. The development’s first phase is comprised of 31 home sites (7 – 35’ lots and 24 – 30’ lots) and offers standard six-foot privacy fences, a dog park, and low HOA dues. 

Now, construction is back underway in Skyline Terrace for this next phase of new homes that are projected to be complete next month, the listing agent Narasov said.

The largest of the three is located at 4114 Entrada Way, which has 3,552 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, and one half-bath, which Narasov has listed for $1.3 million. The homes at 4120 Entrada Way and 4132 Entrada Way both have 3,403 square feet with three bedrooms and three baths, and are both listed for $1.25 million.

The homes each feature spacious open floorplans with beautiful hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and luxury finishes. The primary bedroom has its own private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in closet. There are also two additional bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced and has a covered patio, perfect for entertaining guests. There is also a large grassy area for playing games or just relaxing.

The Maple District is a vibrant and growing enclave that’s home to a mix of residential properties, including apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes. The neighborhood is quickly becoming a popular neighborhood for young professionals who want easy access to literally everything — Uptown, Downtown, Oak Lawn, Victory Park, and the Medical District. These bustling areas of dining, shopping, and nightlife are all merely 5-10 minutes away.
