What’s Behind The Curtain?
This is not technically a home inspection deficiency. You can hang a curtain anywhere you darn well please. But when the inspector went to check out the window, he got a surprise. His comment was, “Knock three times and Beetlejuice comes out.”
Points For Creativity
The air handler, normally located in your attic, is often suspended from the ceiling and held in place by belts. Over time it can become loose and start to shake and rattle and make noise. So this guy’s solution was to hike it up with an automobile jack. 🤦♀️
