Downtown McKinney is the cutest. I was there last week, and my story checks out. ADORABLE.

And guess what else? This little gem is within walking distance of the square. THE SQUARE. Home of Emporium Pies, tons of shops, restaurants, and oh, what’s that? EVENTS.

It has such a small-town vibe that it feels separate from the city. It’s like its own little world over there.

Annnnnnd … downtown McKinney is filled with Craftsman cottages, Tudor-style homes, and even the occasional midcentury. Inside there’s vinyl plank flooring throughout all the main areas and the bedrooms. The consistency of one floor makes the home feel more spacious. Well, that plus the removal of walls.

In the bathroom, it’s Trend City. White and black with a cool hexagonal tile on the floor paired with white modern vanities.

There are new windows throughout and fixtures, too, including an aviator chandelier in the main living room.

It’s a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that’s also near a mega aquatic center. There isn’t a garage but there is a nice-sized driveway just begging for some covered parking.
