She’s real cute. A muted lavender front door with neutral siding and a pop of cedar is just the start of the good things that are headed your way as we take a word tour of this cottage.
It’s over in Elmwood, where everyone knows your name and there’s already been a public outcry about this resident headed out. It’s tight-knit, gang, and they don’t like to let go.
But whoever snags this adorable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home better buy a lottery ticket because they’re clearly on a winning streak.
Remodeled in 2017, you’ll find things in this cottage you don’t see in a lot of homes at this price point. It’s a small detail but adds a ‘y’ to the end of class. Plus, it hides the magnetic sides so you can keep it clean and clutter-free. Sorry ’bout ya, postcards.
You know what else you get with this house? A massive backyard, with a shed, which is exceptionally rare in Elmwood. (The big backyard, not the shed. It’s a real shed-fest over there. And yes, I made that up.) AND a horizontal cedar fence and guess what else? The owner is willing to add an electronic gate and carport before closing, too.
