Kevin Caskey Departs C21 to Lead Agent Operations at Halo Realty

Kevin-Caskey

Kevin Caskey, that dapper, loved-by-every-real-estate-practitioner-in-town, super-star agent, has left Century 21 Judge Fite’s Fine Homes & Estates luxury division to join Halo Group Realty where he will be leading the company as Executive Vice President.

Kevin started his real estate career with Keller Williams, Dallas City Center, where he quickly became a top producer. He took over the office as Team Leader just prior to overseeing a successful de-franchising of the brokerage with nearly zero casualties. Kevin managed Dallas City Center as leader of an independent brokerage in Dallas for six years before finally succumbing to the recruitment efforts of Nathan Grace. Caskey says he loved being President of NG for that short time before the company was sold to Century 21 Judge Fite.

“Kevin is truly one of the most respected, beloved members of the DFW real estate community,” says Britt Morris, President of Halo Group Realty. “I am beyond thrilled at his addition to the Halo family.  We’ve been looking for the perfect fit to take over agent operations, and his expertise positions us for continued growth in the DFW marketplace.”

Halo Group Realty is a 100 percent commission model where agents forego the traditional commission split with their broker, retaining more income from the commission.

“My 20-plus years in the real estate business has taught me some valuable lessons, to which I recently started paying some serious attention,” says Kevin: “Who you are in business with matters!”

Kevin-CaskeyReal estate is his true passion, says Kevin, and he will always be in this business.

“Many of you have heard me say that I never recruit, but rather attract,” he says. “I know we all have a certain place we need to be and the issue is finding that right place where your talents flourish.”

His personal search led him to Britt Morris at Halo, where Kevin says he knew his talents will be thoroughly utilized and appreciated. *

“This atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration will encourage my continued growth as we build up our agents and grow the brokerage,” says Kevin.

Which won’t be hard to do, says Kevin, with the 100 percent commission model.

“Kevin also brings a keen eye for quality marketing and getting the very best out of his agents,” adds Britt Morris. “We’re looking forward to his leadership in creating an agent experience like no other in the Metroplex.”

That they shall receive: Kevin Caskey has a golden touch when it comes to leadership as well as marketing in real estate. He has always kept current with the latest real estate trends in a rapidly changing market loaded with disruption. He embraced the internet/online marketing early on. Yet he values, and attracts, people above all. As he told me in a quick interview, real estate is a relationship-based business, and relationships cannot be bought.

“I’ve been with international franchises that couldn’t even justify the franchise fee let alone the local fees or splits charged to agents,” says Kevin. “The company is refreshingly current. Also, Halo has been named best place to work now three years running by the Dallas Morning News. If you haven’t heard of Halo, don’t worry. You sure will.”
