Forty-three percent of urbanites were twice as likely as suburban and rural residents to search on a real estate website for homes. Even Steve Brown finally wrote what we have been saying since April: luxury condo sales in Dallas are slow, foreshadowing a shift that will have a major impact on residential real estate sales and home prices for years to come.
“People will be much more cautious about living in high-density areas with so many people nearby,” predicts Lawrence Yun, chief economist at the National Association of Realtors.
