Nebbie. Williams. Is that the best name of an elementary school ever or what? No need to answer that, because it is.

And now we’ll commence talking about the actual house. Nope, we lied. One more thing we have to call out is the Subdivision is called Random Oaks at the Shores. It’s like the jackpot of good names.

fd2531e0ed4fd3e9fa4a0c148bd2ad30l-m2779477578xd-w1020_h770_q80Okay, the house — for real now.

It was built in 1999 and was very recently updated. Inside you’ll find lots of soothing neutrals, cool grays, and crisp whites. On the exterior, you’ll discover fabulous curb appeal with a curved driveway and garage at the front of the house. Pretty pale pink-ish brick and an arched entryway lead you into the home.

The kitchen is clean with a wood laminate floor and what appears to be a Corian countertop, with stainless appliances and a gray subway tile backsplash. There’s an island in the middle for extra storage and counter prep space and all the light fixtures have been updated as well. It looks like there are two cutting boards on the breakfast bar area, but that can’t be right so if you go view this property, comment below.

Pop the kids up on some barstools for a grab and go breakfast on the craziest of school days. Wanna wake them up? Place Jack-in-the-Box on the other side. It’s a hit, trust us.

fd2531e0ed4fd3e9fa4a0c148bd2ad30l-m2779477578xd-w1020_h770_q80There’s a separate dining area, too, for family dinners, spelling quizzes, and Trivial Pursuit. They now make a Golden Girls edition. Just saying.

Right off the entry, there are French doors leading into what we’d use as an office because peace + quiet.

fd2531e0ed4fd3e9fa4a0c148bd2ad30l-m2779477578xd-w1020_h770_q80Back in the living room, there’s a stacked stone fireplace, modern ceiling fan and just enough room to create the coziest seating space.

Of course, the layout of this room brings up the age-old (not really, this is a very recent dilemma) debate — flatscreen over the fireplace: Yay or Nay? COMMENT BELOW. We’ll pick a winner and send you nothing because it’s not really a contest, we just want to know your opinion. YAY!

fd2531e0ed4fd3e9fa4a0c148bd2ad30l-m2779477578xd-w1020_h770_q80You’ll find fresh carpet and vaulted ceilings in the bedrooms. Plus wide wood-look tile, a silky smooth gray countertop, garden tub, and separate shower in the master bath.

fd2531e0ed4fd3e9fa4a0c148bd2ad30l-m2779477578xd-w1020_h770_q80Out back there’s a MASSIVE play area and a fresh fence. In conclusion, this house is still winner of the best elementary school and subdivision name.
