Loved last week’s story on the coolio DP&L Building so much I had to so down there and see if I need to buy it! Listing agent Randall Simpson took me all the way to the top where we could see Dallas, forever!
I toured the interiors, now being used as office space, and then hit the roof. There are sooo many possibilities for this place. I am thinking 4 3 story town-homes sharing a pool and an elevator… what do you think?
