This Three-Story Richardson Condo Just Might be a Steal

Is it just me or does this Richardson condo property feel like a steal? Newer construction (2006), gated community, killer location, and there’s a Braum’s right out front no less. A Braum’s plus a Panda Express and if you want to DIY something — anything — there’s a Home Depot right behind it.

Then there’s a whole huge shopping center with a Tom Thumb, Monster Yogurt, gyms, a frame shop, an elaborate candle emporium, and more. Across Campbell Road, there’s a Sprouts and across Coit Road, there’s a Target and a brand freaking new Ulta.

Not to mention the University of Texas at Dallas is just right up the road. This could be a great starter condo or an investment property because you know those higher education seekers are going to need a place to stay.

Richardson Condo With a Great Location

I can just keep listing places you can go or we could actually talk about this one — three stories, superior separation of work, living, and bedrooms. Study it up on the first floor, cook it up, and binge your favorite shows on the second, then head up to the third for your private retreat.

On the second-floor living, there’s a clever room divider in the form of a fireplace. Everything is super neutral, too — wood flooring, plush carpet, light ceramic, creamy white walls, and basically a good old-fashioned blank canvas for you to make it your own. (Or have your tenants make it their own. Either way.)

There’s a balcony where you can heckle neighbors. The community is large enough to get out and get your steps in, but small enough to feel like you’re in a tight-knit crew. Above all else, this is a quiet, private community. A great place to call home and do it for under $400,000, too.

Y’all, we can’t round out a story about Richardson without talking about even more restaurants. The suburb has always been diverse, but with the recent development of the Core District hot is getting hotter. Downtown Dallas’ Partenope is headed our way, we have a Monkey King and a Greenville Avenue Pizza, too. Just to name a few. Are they within walking distance? No, they are not, but what’s a short drive when there’s a top-notch entrée at stake?
