Greenway Parks is a gem of a neighborhood. There are only about 300 homes and many are architecturally significant. It’s such a popular neighborhood that houses often pass between relatives and friends. So, it’s not easy to find a house here, and even more difficult to get your hands on one that’s been completely updated, like this English traditional. You could find his designs in Neiman’s, Nordstroms, and Bergdorf Goodman, and his clients ranged from first ladies to movie stars. By 2008 he was a selling machine on QVC. Today you might compare him to Tadashi Shoji, but frankly, Victor has no comparison. When he owned this home he was known to preview his Spring collections here at a luncheon for special clients, tenting the grounds on the green belt. Can you imagine? The current owner first saw this English traditional home from the park during one of these shows and fell in love with it.
