Listed only two days ago, this Monticello Mediterranean new build has so much going for it that it’s difficult to know where to start.
Since this is a real estate website, I suppose we begin with location. The rambling structure on a double half-acre lot, sits in the heart of one of Fort Worth’s most desirable Westside neighborhoods — Monticello.
Curb appeal? Immaculate landscaping with style-appropriate, vertical cypresses punctuating the wings of the 5,868-square-foot house.
