Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, the largest independent real estate brokerage in North Texas, was honored with two milestone awards this week, The SMU Dallas 100 and The Dallas Morning News Top Workplaces. Owner and CEO Rogers Healy was also honored with two additional awards this week in honor of his leadership and service in the industry, D CEO’s Dallas 500 and the Icon Award by REAL Producers.

Every year Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business ranks the area’s top 100 entrepreneurial companies based on percentage growth and absolute dollar growth over the last three years for its SMU Dallas 100. Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate was recognized as one of the fastest-growing small private companies in North Texas. Healy is a graduate of SMU.
Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate was once again recognized as a top workplace by the Dallas Morning News. The company was honored with second place recognition in the mid-size company category. Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, which has quadrupled its leadership staff over the past year, as well as increased in agent size by 50 percent, places a strong emphasis on company culture and inclusion.
Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate has grown Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate into the top independent brokerage in North Texas and one of the largest independently owned brokerages in the nation. Healy was honored as one of the 500 most powerful and influential leaders in North Texas by D CEO. Healy was also recognized as a Dallas 500 recipient last year, his first year to win the award.
Healy was also awarded the REAL Producers Icon Award during the Real Producers Award Banquet on Wednesday night. Healy was one of five finalists for the ICON Award, recognizing legends in the North Texas real estate community. DFW Real Producers is a community of the Top 1,500 producing Real Estate Agents, Leaders, and Real Producers vetted businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth Community.
Healy, who has been in real estate for over 20 years, founded Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate in 2006. Shortly after, he founded Healy Property Management, Healy Global Real Estate + Relocation, and Rogers Healy and Associates Commercial Real Estate.
